FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18th

WELCOME APRES-SKI with DJ CHRIS B (SLC)

Skiers, Studs, One Night Stands & Ski Bunnies. Apres-ski events are the snowboarder equivalent of a very HAPPY HOUR. For many boarders and skiiers, this is their favorite part of a gay ski week. It's a traditional apres-ski (which just means "after you get off your board" in some foreign language) with a bit more alcohol, much better music, and way hotter guys. This is our Welcome event, so get here early and start making new friends.


FRIDAY NIGHT with DJ JOSH PEACE (LA)

It's our kickoff night-time event at one of the best clubs in Park City. Great sound system, cool vibe, cheap cocktails. What more could you want? DJ Josh Peace is one of the best young DJs working in LA these days, and he will kick us off right.

Let the local ski club introduce you to the mountain! Meet up with the guys from Elevation and SKI OUT for a morning of skiing/boarding. Intermediate and Advanced skill levels, no charge.

Boys, Boarders & A Beach Party. Malibu Rum is bringing you special cocktails for one of our most popular events. The Saturday après-ski will be one of our biggest events, and a signature event during a ski weekend. Straight (or not) off the mountain, and into the bar. No changing, no showering. (Bossy, aren't we?) DJ Chris Barnes from Salt Lake City is going to show us all how the Utah boys do it. He's been getting great buzz from some of my biggest DJ friends, so watch out!

with DJ BRYNN TAYLOR (LA)

DJ Brynn Taylor is one of the pre-eminent up and coming DJs in LA. And she's adorable. She knows how to make the boys (and the girls) move. Tonight will be the the Utah version of our infamous Cherry Pop party in LA – for two years the biggest and best Saturday night in LA. Brynn will keep you dancing and bouncing all night.

Because our venues are relatively small, we will sell out of weekend passes, and some events will be accessible only with the weekend pass. To ensure that Elevation is open to everyone, we keep prices far more reasonable than comparable gay circuit events or even the other large gay ski events. For the price of one party during White Party weekend or at Whistler, you can attend all of our events.

So please, buy your tickets ahead of time.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 20th

It's President's Day Weekend, so you know that Sunday is one of our biggest days. Awww, I love a good apres-ski. Tanned (or wind-burnt) boys, pitchers of beer, stories about the weekend, new friends from around the country, old friends from wherever.

One of Elevation Utah's proud partners is QUAC Ski-n-Swim, and today, QUAC (Queer Utah Aquatic Club) is co-hosting the Sunday Apres-ski. Buy raffle tickets to support them, meet the members and get involved!

You don't have to wake up early tomorrow, so Josh will keep you dancing until 2am. This is the final event of our inaugural Elevation Utah, so don't miss this last dance!

The Minor EVENTS. Along with those major events, we will also converge on selected mountain locations every day to meet for lunch.

We'll make restaurant recommendations each night for dinner, but reservations are up to you. These are not official events, just suggestions, and a complete list of our favorite restaurants will be available in our Elevation Guide.
