What is the Utah Ski Week?
This is the annual "Utah Gay Ski Week." The Utah Gay Ski week was quite big in the early 1990's, during the Prop 2 Boycott and it is now growing again with new popularity.
Why ski Utah?
Utah has the "greatest snow on earth" and Park City is easy to get to (only about 30 miles from Salt Lake International Airport). Airfares into Salt Lake are quite good and lodging prices at Park City are reasonable.
All three resorts Park City Resorts, The Canyons, and Deer Valley are a short free shuttle ride from the condo.
How can I be a part of this event?
It is best to book your package early. Out & About Travel can assist with complete travel packages. You have to "register" for the ski week separately, which we will assist you with. E-mail info@gaytravelpros.com for more information.

Mountain du Jour - THE CANYONS
- Arrive into SLC International – Free shuttle service provided by Sheraton Hotel
- FREE lift ticket with proof of same-day flight. Call Russ for transportation
- Skiers and Snowboarders meet at the Red Pine Lodge for lunch, 1:00 P.M.
- Apres ski party in Park City, hosted by Ski OUT Utah, 4:30-6:30 P.M.
- Hotel check in. Dinner is on your own.
- Take the free shuttle and explore downtown or head for JAM
- THURSDAY, JANUARY 5,

Mountain du Jour - ALTA (skiers only) / SNOWBIRD (ski or snowboard)
- Dual mountain upgrade available to skiers
- Meet for breakfast at 7:30 A.M.
- SAFARI Bus departs Hotel at 8:30 A.M.
- Skiers meet for group lessons / mountain tours, base of Sunnyside Chair (Alta), 9:30 A.M.
- Snowboarders meet for group lessons / mountain tours at Snowbird TrA.M. Entrance, 9:30 A.M.
- Lunch at Alf's Restaurant (Alta) or Mid-Gad Restaurant (Snowbird), 12:30 P.M.
- SAFARI Bus leaves Alta (Sunnyside base) at 4:20, Snowbird Center at 4:30 P.M.
- Hot tub gathering at the Sheraton, 5-6 P.M.
- Cocktail reception, 6-7:30 P.M.
- Welcome Party at JAM. $5 dinner!
- "BLACKOUT" at JAM, 9:00 P.M. - Midnight (Levi/leather event, men only)

- Meet for breakfast at 7:30 A.M.
- SAFARI Bus departs at 8:30 A.M. (bring your swim suit)
- Meet for group lessons / mountain tours, base of Crest Express chairlift (Brighton), 9:30 A.M.
- Lunch at Milly Chalet (Brighton), 12:30 P.M.
- SAFARI Bus leaves Brighton at 4:30 P.M.
- Private pool/hot tub party and potluck dinner, 5:30 P.M.- hosted by Ski OUT Utah
- Late night affair at JAM, 9 P.M. - 1 A.M.

- Meet for breakfast at 7:15 A.M.
- SAFARI Bus departs Hotel at 8:15 A.M.
- Meet for group lessons / mountain tours, base of the Needles Express Gondola, 9:30 A.M.
- Lunch at John Paul Lodge (top of the John Paul Express chairlift), 12:30 P.M.
- SAFARI BUS Leaves Snowbasin at 4:15 P.M.
- Hot tub gathering at Sheraton, 5:30-6:30 P.M.
- Cocktail reception, 6:30-7:30 PM
- Group dinner (extra cost option) at Market Street, 7:30 P.M.
- "BOOM BOOM ROOM" with Dj Mike Babbitt, at JAM, from 10 P.M. -1A.M.
