FULL ITINERARY:

DAY ONE.   ARRIVAL IN PHUKET.  From the Bangkok International Airport a direct flight to Phuket takes about an hour. You’ll be met by a private vehicle for your 40-minute transfer to your hotel in Patong. Your accommodations are the four-star Avantika Boutique Hotel. Located on the beach in Patong, the property has easy ocean access as well as easy access to Patong’s bustling center with its shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. The center of the village is a short ten minute walk away or quick taxi ride. The property has a pool, bar, restaurant, spa, and internet access.

DAYS TWO, THREE, AND FOUR.   DAYS OF LEISURE.  You can spend your days at leisure, lounging by the pool or beach or finding other adventures. Phuket offers snorkeling, scuba, elephant rides, sightseeing, kayaking, sailing, rock climbing, and cooking classes. The resort area offers plenty of activities by day and by night. The “gay center” of the village has bars, a sauna, shops, and restaurants as well as the world-famous Thai transvestite shows.

DAY FIVE.   RETURN TO BANGKOK.  Flights between Phuket and Bangkok leave every hour. We can schedule your domestic flight to coordinate with your international flight or other OutWest tours. These five day/four night packages are designed to coordinate with other OutWest Asia trips in Bhutan, Thailand, and Cambodia. They are unescorted, add-on packages that work well as part of your overall Asia experience.
